Hiroto Aoyagi
Based in Cambodia, Hiroto creates a diverse range of work spanning painting, music, manga, and video. He was born in Sendai, Japan, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Tokyo University of the Arts, with a background in architecture. His artistic journey took a formative turn in his late twenties when he traveled extensively through India, Nepal, and other countries, dedicating himself to creating traditional Buddhist thangka paintings and expressive watercolors.
