Joaquin Barata

Based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, since 2016, Joaquin Barata is a travel and documentary photographer with extensive experience documenting remote and diverse communities across Asia and Africa. His work focuses on highlighting cultural identity and social challenges. Before transitioning to photography, he worked in international development, specializing in food security and climate change.
